Use the contact details in your welcome email and a person will reply, usually within one working day.

How do I sign in to the app?: Use the same email and password as your Stydyo account on the web. If you’ve turned on two-step sign-in, the app asks for the code from your authenticator app too.
I've forgotten my password: Reset it on the web at Forgot password. The new password works in the app straight away.
Is my work saved on every device?: Yes. Everything is saved to your account, so the web, iPhone, iPad and Mac show the same clients, projects, designs and documents. Work done offline is kept on the device and saved when you’re back online.
What does Verity send to AI services?: Nothing until you say yes. When Verity and the AI tools are on, your message and the details it’s about go to OpenAI, and pictures you cut out go to remove.bg. Turn it off at any time in Settings → AI use, or in the app’s Settings.
How do I delete my account?: In the app: Settings → Delete my account. On the web: Settings → Your data → Delete your account. You’ll see exactly what will be removed before you confirm.
How do I download my data?: On the web, the owner or an admin can download everything in the workspace from Settings → Your data.
